Who am I?
Hi, I’m Camilla Nilsen — a lifestyle and interior photographer based in Oslo, Norway.
My journey as a photographer started with a deep love for travel and storytelling. A few years ago, I left home to explore the world on my own, capturing everything from sunrises in Sri Lanka to everyday moments shared with strangers who became friends. Those solo travels shaped both who I am and how I shoot — honest, warm and full of life.
Today, I’ve found my base back in Oslo, but that sense of curiosity still guides me in every project. I now work with real estate agencies, hotels and rental spaces, helping them showcase atmosphere, light and feeling through imagery. Whether I’m photographing a calm Scandinavian interior or a wild coastal landscape, my goal is always the same: to create photos that feel something.
And while my passport will always be ready, I’m just as passionate about finding beauty close to home.
